The Market America family came together for an action-packed day of nonstop fun at our Annual Company Picnic on September 17th at Kersey Valley Inc. in Archdale, NC! Our employees work hard but this event was all about having fun and playing hard with incredible activities including Laser Tag, Zip-lining, Gem Mining, Escape Rooms, a Corn Maze, picnic lunch, and lots more.
It’s always great to unwind with our MA Family and get to see our coworkers have a blast in a non-work environment. (We have a blast a work too!) As you can see in the photos we’ve included, this event was filled with family fun and served as a great team-building and bonding experience for our employees.
Witnessing our colleagues indulge in laughter and camaraderie outside the office walls truly emphasized the importance of Workhuman values within our organization. It’s these moments of togetherness, away from the deadlines and meetings, where we strengthen our relationships and create lasting memories. Work culture experiences like these remind us of the significance of a happy and engaged workforce, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among our MA Family.
