Today is such a special day for us – as my incredible daughter Amanda celebrates her birthday! Amanda is an incredible entrepreneur, and I couldn’t be more proud of what she’s accomplished with Conquer Entertainment. Conquer is changing the music industry, and much of that is due to the keen insights and leadership of Amanda.

We are both very busy entrepreneurs, but we recently had the chance to spend some time together as Amanda showed me the ropes at a local rock-climbing course. Amanda is such a pro and I must say I learned quite a lot from her. But more than anything, I was just happy to get the chance to spend time with her.
